How are thrivers, survivors, and previvors navigating their relationships?
Having a safe space to share the good, bad, and ugly about my cancer journey, without judgment, meant the world to me.
I believe that there has to be an energetic change at a fundamental level or our bodies will find their way back to the same loop that created the cancer to begin with.
How could someone ever look at me and find beauty when I could not find it inside or outside myself?
Explaining a cancer diagnosis to children is never easy but it is necessary to help them cope with the current and future changes ahead.
Everyone said it was the “best time” to be sick because he was too young to remember but I would watch him play until he got sad and would then ask me to play and I would have to remind him that Mama was sick.
Starting with myself, if I realign my thoughts about the things that I cannot control, it will reduce the negative impact this disease can have on myself and those who love me.
