This BCAM We're Talking "Body."

Many Breast Cancer Baddies have a love/hate relationship with their body. While some find beauty in their scars, others see brokenness. Many of us find ourselves swaying on the spectrum day to day. Whether you've embraced your new body or still having a hard time rebuilding trust, this campaign is about sharing your honest feelings about your post-cancer body.

There are no wrong answers. Every journey is valid and you never know who may need to hear your "naked truth."

There are two ways you can participate in this campaign. You can do one or both. Selected entries will be part of our 2020 BCAM social media campaign and receive a free copy of the campaign's print edition.

SHARE YOUR PHOTO

Take a photo of your upper body (chest to waist). If you still have nipples be sure to keep them covered as photos will be shared on social media. You can be as creative as you like, but keep in mind the edited version of your photo may include a text overlay. Then, summarize how you truly feel about your body in one sentence.

Photos may be shared anonymously in which case your photo will only be identified with a number only you and the For the Breast of Team know.

SHARE YOUR STORY

How do you really feel about your post-cancer body? How did your breast surgery impact your body image? How did you bring sexy back or did your sexy never leave? Share your body journey in a blog (min. 350 words).

Please make sure you are not signed into your For the Breast of Us shopping account or you might receive an error message. In the event your submission does not go through, please send your submission to hello@breastofus.com

The submission deadline is Saturday, September 12, 2020.
